We measure every piercing and fit posts to the millimetre, then downsize once the swelling settles.

Healing
Piercings heal from the inside.
Scrub through the months. Cartilage takes the longest, lobes the least.
Day 0
Fresh
Your piercing is done with a single-use needle and implant-grade titanium. Mild swelling and tenderness are normal.

Week 1
Clean & calm
Spray sterile saline twice a day. Let the shower run over it and dry with a clean paper towel or on cool hairdryer.

Weeks 2–6
Crusties
Clear or yellowish crust around the jewellery is lymph, not infection. Soften with saline and wipe it away.

Downsize
Once swelling is down we swap your long starter bar for a snug fitted post. This prevents irritation bumps.

It looks healed on the outside long before the channel is fully formed. Cartilage takes the longest.

Never. Every piercing is done with a single-use hollow needle, which is cleaner and heals faster.
Implant-grade titanium (ASTM F-136) and solid 14k or 18k gold. No plated, sterling or mystery metal.
For healed piercings, yes, if it is implant-grade. For fresh piercings we only use our own sterilised jewellery.
Once the piercing is fully healed. For cartilage that is often six to nine months. We will check it for free.
Lobes only, from age 12, with a parent or guardian present and photo ID for both.
